Bob Moore was born and raised in Longview, Texas. He has known Christ as his Lord and Savior for as long as he can remember. He holds BS, MS, and PhD degrees in physics as well as an MBA. He and his wife Theresa moved to Palm Bay, Florida in 1979. After a short assignment in Austin, Texas during the late 1980s, they returned to Palm Bay and joined Covenant PCA in 1991. They moved to Jacksonville in 2006 and soon joined Westminster PCA. Bob has been a Ruling Elder at Westminster since 2007. He retired from a career in computer technology in 2020 but continued to teach physics and earth science to local homeschoolers until 2024. He and Theresa have two sons, a daughter-in-law, and granddaughter.
