Frank was ordained as an elder of Westminster in 2020. He was previously a member of Eastside Community Church for over ten years where he served in a number of capacities. Frank is self-employed as an architect after having retired from Duval County Public Schools where he served as Building Inspector, Architectural Project Manager, Chief Building Official, and Director of Energy Management Services. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Architecture as well as a Master of Architecture from Clemson University. As a member of WPC’s Building Committee, Frank played an integral role in the church’s recent major renovation project.
